Midline Observation/ Shadowing (22/12/17)
Classroom observation and TAG observation
I received a chance to shadow with Mishelle D'Souza mam . I observe 2 tag teachers classrooms and one TAG conducted by Vinod Bairagi sir with Mishelle mam. She is really energetic and knowlegeble guide who quickly mingled with teachers and learners and made them to interact with her while conducting focus group.
We observed a tag of Mr Vinod Bairagi . He is a an excellent tag coordinator. He has good facilitation techniques. He has built a very good rapport with the teachers as well as authorities. So everyone helps him and when we talked to teachers, they are also eagerly wait for tag meetings. One Tag teacher said ," We are like a family." It is really overwhelming for trs to meet once in a month.Everyone spoke in English during a tag meeting. Due to another training programme , only 11 teachers could join the meeting today. Mrs Pawar mam, kp and HM of NMC 11 ,called trs to attend the tag. She also availed a spacious room with computer and projector. Good support by administration.
