12 Resource persons will cascade in 5 classrooms.Classrooms are spacious having good sitting arrangements. Each class has projector and laptop. Participants seemed to be very happy as they received Spoken English sack and other material.
Today Participants were introduced with Introduction of Spoken English training,  Ear training,   Error correction and Adaptation sessions. Teachers enjoyed and took part actively in many activities like find someone who, expectations of training, classroom contract,an onion ring, hearing and watching audio and video clips, finding faults in given picture and knowing more about minimal pair.
Teachers also got an idea about errors and mistakes.
Errors occur when learners produce incorrect language without knowing correct form.
And mistakes take place when learners know the correct form ,but they still produce incorrect language.
“Learning new concepts and new terminology was the best experience of day one.” Many teachers reflected on day 1.
The trainees who were not  able to attend the training due to some reasons, they were telephoned and being asked to attend or replaced by day tomorrow.
Whole management team was working rigorously to make the training successful. A word of thank goes to Neha mam, Kiran sir, Pramod sir, Surendra sir, Dakhane sir,Mandlik mam and all the respected RPs. Thanks and congrats to each one. Best luck for day one.
