CRG strengthening workshops
Block level CRG workshops are being held at every block to help KPs to form Cluster Resource Group in each cluster.
Regional Academic Authority, Nashik has taken an excellent initiative under the leadership of Hon.J.H.Sawant sir (Deputy Director, RAA and Principal of DIECPD) He formed two teams. In each team there are 8 persons including Sr. Lec.,Lec, and Subject Assistants.
Aims:
- To help block level officers to know the process of forming CRG group.
- To make aware all the KPs, ADEIs and BEOs the structure and responsibilities of CRG
- To encourage Teachers to work in CRG group
- To discuss and focus on the programmes like TAG, E-Teach, Adhyan Star for Marathi and Maths, inclusive education,ICT,Social science and learning outcomes etc.
RAA, Nashik two teams have begun CRG workshops from 17th July. It has received good response in Nashik NMC, Dindori, Trambak and in Nashik BRC.
These two teams which are headed by Mr Sonavane sir (Sr.lec) and Mr Kharkhe sir (Sr.Lec) will cover all 15 Brcs and 3 urcs by the end of July.
First workshop was successfully completed at NMC school no.12, Makhmalabad Naka on 17july and second workshop took place in KRT highschool, Mohadi in Dindori block on 18th July, where the KPs and CRG persons from all clusters of Nashik and Dindori were present respectively.
Mr Y R Sonavane sir guided about the structure. Every CRG must have 12 resource persons (Language-2,Maths-2,Eng-2, Science-2, Social science-2 and ICT-2) These should be selected from cluster. All the resource persons must have interest and subject knowledge. They will be supported continuously by DIECPD.
Dr Salunkhe sir (Lec) oriented on Maths and Science. He insisted KPs and teachers to work rigorously, motivate teachers to use peer learning, group work. He also encouraged them to raise the standards of quality development in Mathematics in next NAS and ASAR exams.
Mr Ashok Chavan (SARP) introduced English language initiatives like TAG/Tejas, E-Teach, Spoken English, LOs.He told KPs to install BCPT videos in every school. He also encouraged them to start TAG(Teacher activity Groups) in every cluster. In order to begin tag meetings, he motivated CRG persons to fill the link of Tag coordinators..

Dr Neha Shirore ma'am (Sub.Asst) focused on social science. She stated that CRG persons have to perform quality work for Pragat Shaikshnik Maharashtra.
Vijaya Avchar ma'am, District coordinator of inclusive education guided on the initiatives taken by the department for Divyang students.
In the afternoon sessions, Hon.Sawant sir(Deputy Director of RAA, Nashik) visited both the workshops and encouraged the confidence of the team. He also shared his views about CRG strengthening. All the officers and CRG persons were got motivation through his short speech.
Mr Uday Kumar Kurhade (Sub.Asst.) raised awareness about mulbhoot and payabhoot competencies in Marathi language. He talked on Adhyan Star for Marathi.
Vaibhav Shinde (Sub.Asst) who prepared an attractive ppt on each topic which helped a lot to understand the participants about CRG formation and their responsibilities. He also guided on Maths.
Mr Deepak Vanjare (Sub.Asst) addressed the people about the importance of Information communication and technology. He introduced MITRA and DIKSHA apps of government of Maharashtra.
All the officials from NMC and Dindori were present. Mr Ansari sir gave thanks to RAA team on behalf of EO, NMC.
In Dindori Gholap ma'am, B.S.Pawar Sir and their team of ADEIs took great efforts for the management of the workshop. The principal of KRT highschool, Mohadi availed hall with projector and helped all the authorities from RAA, Nashik and Dindori panchayat samiti.
BRC persons Mr Hunkare, Bahule ma'am helped to organise workshop in NMC school no.12 while BRC persons from Dindori also organised well in Mohadi.
Finally it has been decided that all the Kendra Pramukhs should submit the list of CRG with the approval of ADEI and Beo to the RAA, Nashik.
In the next coming days workshops will happen in other blocks and will get positive response from all the officials of panchayat samiti (Education department).
