Dr.Mrs Neha B Belsare( DY DIR,RAA,Pune) visits to Regional Academic Authority ,Nashik

Hon. Dr.Mrs Neha B Belsare mam (Deputy Director of Maharashtra Academic Authority,Pune)  visited Regional Academic Authority,Nashik on thursday 25th May 2017 . She was greeted warmly by the Principal Mr.D D Suryawanshi  sir and Team RAA/ DIECPD ,Nashik.
 All the staff introduced themselves to mam and she also enquired about everyone. She has great vision towards the empowerment of MAA and all the 5 RAAs throughout maharashtra.She insisted that all the subject experts should contribute themselves to the upliftment and empowerment of RAAs or DIECPDs  where these people are got deputed . They are not meant to sit in the concerned offices. They should develop plans to improve quality education of their districts. Each subject expert should work on his subject ..to visit the  schools,to observe the classes and prepare need based analysis in order to strengthen our institution or cluster or own district. Hon.Mam also pointed out that everyone should come up with as a team . There will not be watertight compartments between DIECPD and RAA. Each has to work for both RAA and DIECPD. This message is really helpful for Nashik and Amravati whose DIECPDs are turned into RAAs.
 Mam also focused on the importance of documentation.Whatever work we do ,we must keep documents. We should write on any training or workshop we attended or we should reflect on it. These thoughts by mam also enlightened all of us. 
 Mam also enquired about the dire condition of building of Nashik RAA because still we have not received completion certificate of building. She also talked about the encroachment issues around the premises. 
 All the staff became very positive to hear Dr Neha mam and also responded everyone according to her wish. 
Our principal Hon.D D Suryawanshi sir welcomed her by giving  bouquet .Teaching and non teaching staff including Mrs Neha Shirore,Ashok Chavan Mrs Chavan mam,Mr.Deshpande ,Gopinath Bhoi ,Raut sir,Santosh Gaikawad , Chaudhary,Ghushinge were present on the occassion. Mr Jitendrasingh Patil (Subject expert,DIECPD ,Dhule ) also accompanied with Hon.Neha mam.
 We all truly overwhelmed by the visit and productive discussion by the Mam.
