Building the VISION of Maharashtra Academic Authority and Regional Academic Authority
We attended 2 days workshop during 2nd and 3rd May at Flame University conducted by MAA and Thermax foundation .
We focussed on :
1.Build the vision of MAA
2.Design the departmental goals and activities
3.Develop quarterly calendar
4.Create collaboration structures
5.Have fun
All the sessions were well organised and well planned
We came to know more about
- A for attitude
- S for skills
- K for knowledge
To develop KSA Means to develop ABILITY
We designed departmental activities on the first day.
How could we forget the fun activity of beating Jambey drum with Anshu ...
It was really collaboration structure..
On the second day we learnt about SMART goals.
Goals should be..
- Specific
- Measurable
- Achievable
- Relevant
- Time bound
We learnt how to set goal and write it neatly.
We also designed departmental goals with activities following with calendar activity.
We put the goals and activities with quarterly planing in the sheets...
Excellent training.... excellent facilitation technique.... and an excellent spot selection
....Hope, MAA and RAA will achieve goals with the help of all the faculties...One day..
.We will achieve our goal...
