Symposium Planning
I set off to Aurangabad from nashik at 5:15am.I came at 9:00am. After getting fresh I reached at
RAA,Aurangabad at 10:00am. I found many innovations in RAA building. New halls
like Ajanta and Ellora ,corporate look of entrance and nice toilets. Kudos to
Dr kamble sir. When I got a chance to
talk with him in the afternoon today, I personally wished him for the best
efforts that he has been continuously taking for the innovative RAA. I told him whether he was a manager in any
corporate company. I still remember when I came here for 1st
SARP training in 2016. At that time it had very traditional governmental look
of building. As Res.Kamble sir took the charge, he must be came up with firm
mind to change the face of SIEM/RAA. And he really got huge success. Salute to
his determination and will power.
Today we SARPs
were invited to have discussion on Symposium planning which will take place on
31st Jan. 2018. Priya Iyer and Ivy from BC were already present in
Computer hall. They started very soon. Very few SARPS were present.Firstly
Radhika mam wished all of us on zoom . She gave some brief ideas about
symposium. And Priya started in details. She shared a day plan of 31st Jan , which is very specific. Symposium
will start at 9 and will finish at
4:15pm.
Here is a plan
Registration will start at 9:00am.It will be for 30 mins and after that inauguration ceremony
will start in Ajanta hall. Here we discussed the planning about arrangements .The responsibility was
given to some SARPs to look after these things to go better. Dr kamble sir will
address the hall for 5mins. Other dignitaries will be also welcomed and they
will be given 5 mins to speak.,too.
Then, in the same hall there will be a plenary session that will begin sharply at
10am.
Plenary will be delivered by Aditya Rajan sir. A plenary
speech is a kind of session of conference where all participants or delegates
attend together in a hall and listen to
the plenary speaker.Everyone can attend this plenary speech. So we are very eager to hear Adi sir.
There will be a short
tea break for 20mins after 45mins plenary talk.
While having tea, participants can have something new in form of digital
katta which will be organized by Tausif,Nagesh,Nisar and me. We will introduce
twitter ,zoom ,MOOC in digital katta. Hope everybody will enjoy tea and digital
gossip.
Then, all TAG
coordinators and the teachers will be divided into 5 classrooms. This might happen before at registration counter.
Maybe they will be given some clues to select their class. RAA has to plan and
manage 5 well equipped classrooms with laptops, speakers and projector. This
has to be planned by Presentation committee which is to be lead by Suchita
mahorkar and Krutika. A list of presenters will be given to them . They will
allocate classrooms to presenters . 20 presenters or topics are selected out of
56 through rigorous process. There will be 4 presenters who will present in
their allocated class. They can present jointly as given in the plan. Everybody
will be given only 10mins to present. They have to speak with the help of their
PPT. PPTs should be collected in advance to avoid any problem. Suchita and
Krutika have to allocate each class 2sarps as Room in charge. These 2 SARPs
will only monitor. One will introduce the presenter, their names, school name
and topic. He or she will not talk more. One will work as tech savy person. He
will assist to run PPT well. They will also monitor the class and keep time
management by showing 6mins and 10mins sign posts.
At 12:30 to 1:30pm
there will be lunch break which will be managed by Food committee. There will
be 4 SARPs in this committee.
1:35 to 3:05 – there will be parallel workshops by SARPs . SARPs will plan a workshop during a
training from 16th to 23rd Jan 2018 and they will deliver
in this symposium.
Again there will be a short break between 3:05 to 3:25 pm
with digital Katta presentation. The symposium will be concluded by the vote of
thanks followed by felicitation ceremony at 4:15pm .
Tag Cs will be
awarded 2nd year completion certificates. One tag official from
every 9 districts will be given some award for their best support. One DIECPD authority will be also awarded here.
This is very innovative
programme of Tejas year 2 completion, so all the SARPs ,all the TAG Cs,
presenters and co presenters , tag officials, DIECPD officials and Tag teachers
are warmly invited for this programme.
