An inspiring example of Kalpana Bansod (SARP,Chandrapur)
Kalpana Bansod did well in spite of few
setbacks inTejas year 2 ….
( As I met Kalpana since long time in
symposium , I come to know what she did in spite of her health issue. I want to
share with you all dear friends. It will
certainly motivate you.)
We all the SARPs (State Academic Resource Person) completed Tejas year 2
with a sweet note of tejas symposium. Many of the sarps were on right track. We
worked according to our 5 major goals. We planned a lot. We mentored tag
coordinators and supported them. We used social media platforms to motivate tag
teachers. We used tweeter and facebook a lot.
We sarps are very much comfortable to use
zoom too. We conducted zoom meetings and once Nisar,Nagesh ,Tauseef and me
conducted webinar on lesson plan. While
mentoring tag coordinators for symposium I used zoom call in order to support
them.
We experienced an extraordinary thing when
one of our SARPs attended few sessions of SARP face to face training using zoom application. She was
Kalpana Bansod. She is subject assistant and SARP at DIECPD,Chandrapur. She is
very energetic ,enthusiastic ,tecksavvy
and intellectual one among of our sarps. She joined tejas along with us
,completed CIPELT course with 90% marks in year one. She travelled a lot in
deep area of Gadchiroli to meet her tag Coordinators. She shadowed with Jon sir
in remote part of Gadchiroli. She organized a meeting of B.Eos in that area.
And she helped a lot to run tags smoothly in Gadchiroli with Krutika Burghate.
In Tejas year 2 , kalpana seemed quite slow working in tejas as she had
to care herself a lot medically. After 17 years of her marriage life, she gave
birth to a girl child. It was overjoyed moment in her life. Although She had to
care in her pregnancy, she visited some
Tag meetings, attended and organized officials meetings . Even she helped BC’s
training consultants for organizing shadowing visits and she also appeared for
B.Sc exam. Having lots of issues in pregnancy , she tackled everything
successfully. She proved herself as problem solving woman.
Once I went to Nagpur with Dr Ujjwal sir to
conduct Tag coordinators and tag officials meeting ,there she came with Deepika
Gode mam ( One of our best SARP whom we missed a lot throughout Tejas Year 2)
and gave time to her Tag coordinators. She could not join SARP’s year 2 block 1
training ,but she was in contact with most of us to know what was going in the
training in those days. She was on
medical leave, still she visited spoken English training centres. Some of us
were working on Spoken Module, at that time she telephoned me and wanted to
know more about Spoken module. And she
also requested a soft copy of module.
When the spoken training started, she not only visited ,but interacted
with the teachers even though she was on
leave. She also wrote few blogs , gave
inputs on whats app groups and took participation in monthly twitter chat. In
her success journey she always sought help from Krutika and she supported her.
It was a good example of teamwork. Nice collaboration and cooperation between
two SARPs.
Eventually she appeared on 31st Jan
2018 on the occasion of tejas symposium 2018 at Regional Academic Authority,
Aurangabad with her husband and a cute small baby girl. She mentored 1 tag
coordinator and his tag teacher for ppt
presentation in symposium and they did their best and also got rewarded for
their best performance. They also showed gratitude for her support.
If
someone has mighty will power, apparently he or she can do according to his/her
plan and can bring effective changes. Kalpana has set a good example of highly professional
quality. I wish her best luck for the
brightest performance in Tejas year 3. She will give her 100% potential to
support and mentor Tag coordinators. She will help them to conduct tag
meetings. She will also visit tags and will keep us all in touch with her best
reporting skill through writing blogs. I also wish her that she will host
monthly twitter chat soon. Best luck kalpana..Keep motivating tag teachers and
tag coordinators in upcoming months.
We are proud of you. And we feel pride for
your handsome husband for supporting you all the time.
Thank you.
