Nashik rocks at the grand event-#Tejassymposium2019

Nashik Tejas team rocked in Tejas symposium 2019 at RAA, Aurangabad

1. Tejas symposium was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Regional Academic Authority, Aurangabad on 31st Jan.2019 under the leadership of Dr Subhash Kamble (Dir. RAA, A'bad)
2. British Council took the great initiative and leadership to showcase the impact of Tejas programme which started in 2016 and came to conclusion in 2019 by organising Tejas Symposium.
3. 9 pilot districts (Nashik, Nagpur, Nandurbar,Aurangabad,Beed, Hingoli,Gadchiroli, Yavatmal and Amrawati) took participation in the grand event.
4. From 9 districts all respected Principals of DIECPDs, EOs Primary, HoDs of English Depart., SARPs, ESAs, TAG Cs, Some Tag teachers, Presenters were invited to attend this programme.
5. Many well known authorities from Madhyapradesh and Gujrat attended the ceremony.
6. Mr Simon Borg delivered a plenary speech and stated that Tejas has given 4 things to stakeholders -confidence, motivation, technology and interaction
7. At District showcase presentation, Nashik got the first prize. Prashant Shinde, (Tag c, Yeola) Sandeep Mahajan, (Tag c, Niphad) Pratiksha Gaikawad, (Tag C, Niphad) and Rahul Gangurde(Tag teacher, yeola) made this possible with the support of yeola team.
8. Mr J. H.Sawant (Deputy Dir.RAA, Nashik) and Dr Vaishali Zankar (EO, Primary, Nashik) were awarded with trophies for their continued support to Tejas programme in Nashik district.
9.  Mr Yogesh Sonawane (HoD, English       department,DIECPD, Nashik) took the          trophies on behalf of Hon. Sawant saheb      and Dr Zankar madam. It boosted the confidence of all tag cs due to his presence.
10. Mr Ashok Chavan (SARP, Nashik) got the Social Media Crown award for his using technology continuously to support tag cs and showcasing tejas highlights on social media platforms like twitter, whatsapp and blog.
11. Mr Suyog Dixit (Tag C, Igatpuri) displayed an eye-catching performance at digital katta and in the symposium by his fabulous and energetic dialogues with Aasha.He received tremendous response from the audience.
12. 5 presenters from Nashik presented their best practices through ppts. 1.prashant shinde, 2.Seema Gaikawad 3.Jagruti Nankar 4.Sandesh Zarekar. And 5.Datta Ugale.All got certificates for participation.
13. Most of the Tag Cs from Nashik were present and they boosted and cheered Nashik tejas team.Everyone was appreciated by certificates.Due to their contribution Tejas could not be successful.
14. British council bestowed everyone with goody bags which contain a tejas 2019 diary and headphone.
15. And how we could forget the delicious food which was served at the event.
