Tag visit -Nigdol (Dindori)

Today I attended tag meeting at Nigdol cluster in Dindori.

Mr Shahul Wankhede conducted his first tag.

Inaugurated the first tag meeting .

Mr Motiram Pawar kp was present and managed the meeting.

I'm very glad to support Shahul sir. As he needed tag resource books and he posted on a whatsapp. I called him and gave him 60 resource books for his 3 tags. When Pawar sir (kp) collected the books and distributed to tag teachers, all of them thanked me.

I travelled 50km and reached at zp school Nigdol to attend and observe first tag of Shahul sir. All the teachers became very happy to see me. They interacted with me on various issues.

I asked their expectations from Tag meeting.

Following are some expectations of teachers..

Teachers want to develop their confidence.

They want to build the confidence of students,too.

They want to speak English and develop communication skills in English.

They want to enrich CPD.

They expect to learn some new ideas and innovative techniques from tag meeting.

They want to remove fear about English language.

Teachers want to learn new activities for their students.

They want some platform to speak English.

I'm very glad to know that the chairperson of panchayat samiti Mr Kharate also stated the same. He said to develop confidence among learners. And Tag will do the same.

Mr Shahul sir conducted very energetic warmer, 'fruit salad' activity.

Teachers liked this activity. He conducted this game on the ground. He made a circle and engaged everyone.

He seems very enthusiastic and energetic tag coordinator. He has good command over English.

His instructions were clear and he has already succeeded to create positive atmosphere in his cluster Nigdol through many cluster meetings. He has good rapport with his tag teachers.

Teachers started to communicate in English right from the beginning. Everyone was trying their best to speak in English. All the teachers liked the idea of reflecting. They assured to attend tag regularly, learn new ideas, conduct few of them in their classrooms and share their best practices on whatsapp group.

After learning by watching section, I tried jump left and jump right activity with them. They enjoyed it.

I asked few questions like:

Do you like tag meeting?

Would you like to attend tag every month?

Do you like to develop your confidence?

Everybody jumped right and showed their interest in tag.

Mr Motiram Pawar sir (KP) assured everyone that he will support them in every tag meeting.

He will arrange the tag and help tag c to conduct tag.

It was really healthy discussion with all and everyone kept talking, listening and enjoying tag.

I gave my best wishes to teachers for their improvement and encouraged them to bring this impact among learners.
