How children learn

Children are very inquisitive. They love to ask questions to elders whatever come to their mind .They love to discuss with their parents,grandparents.They gossip with their friends.They talk about stars,the sky,clouds,pictures,cartoons and talk with full imagination. Children are really curious about everything.

  They learn automatically.They learn the best when they are motivated,when they are challenged and when they are involved or engaged. They love fun and frolic in teaching -learning.Children love games.They like to climb trees,run around.They love to play sea-saw.They like to play ladder and slide.They like to swing .They like movements.So it is teacher's responsibility to find out the interests of children .A teacher who gives joy to pupils,is one of the best and popular teacher among the students.

 If a teacher puts a new activity ,they find it interesting.They go straight on that .They start to achieve the rules of game and play it without stress and tension. And of course they acquire this activity whether it is taught in L1 or L2.

It's amazing to read but it's true.

Can English harm them ?

No. When you talk with them in English,they don't care about it . They hear it and pick it up.They enjoy the activity and not language...........Initially.Actually children learn language unconsciously while playing.
